The arbitration shall take place in the county of your residence or another mutually agreed location, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND NUKE DEBT RELIEF AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Nuke Debt Relief agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding. You and Nuke Debt Relief further waive any right to a trial by jury.

30-Day Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice through our Contact Us page within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, address, telephone number, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nuke Debt Relief maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any portion of this Section is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
